Job Description

The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of SaaS and mobile applications through hands-on functional testing. This role focuses on testing new features, identifying and reproducing issues, validating bug fixes, and uncovering edge cases before release. Working closely with developers and stakeholders, the QA Tester helps improve product quality, supports release readiness, and contributes to evolving QA practices, including future test automation.

  • Perform functional testing across SaaS and mobile applications, including new features, enhancements, and updates.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs, and verify fixes prior to release.
  • Identify edge cases, unexpected behaviour, and potential quality risks through exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and support timely resolution.
  • Test APIs and integrations, ensuring system functionality and reliability.
  • Manage and update work items, defects, and documentation in Azure DevOps.
  • Support release readiness, improve QA practices, and contribute to evolving test automation efforts.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing or QA roles across SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
  • Strong background in functional, regression, bug reproduction, defect validation, and release testing.
  • Ability to identify edge cases, evaluate user flows, and test beyond standard scenarios.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools; API testing experience is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, methodical approach to quality assurance.
