This fully remote role offers the opportunity to play a key part in accelerating commercial real estate transactions from diligence through closing. You’ll manage a nationwide deal pipeline while coordinating documentation, execution, and closing activities across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines legal research, transaction coordination, document review, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll work closely with legal and real estate professionals to keep complex transactions organized and moving forward. The position is well suited to an experienced paralegal who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and a fast-moving transactional environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across specialized real estate assets, including renewable energy and wireless infrastructure. Working remotely from your home office, you’ll have meaningful responsibility and visibility across the transaction lifecycle.
- Accountabilities: Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate transactions across the United States, maintaining accurate closing checklists, trackers, deadlines, and transaction status updates. Prepare, organize, and coordinate the execution of transaction and closing packages, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. Conduct real estate due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, plats, surveys, site inspection materials, and other transaction-related documentation. Assist with retrieving and organizing required documentation and information needed to advance transactions toward closing. Draft and review legal descriptions and support other transactional documentation as needed. Coordinate effectively across multiple jurisdictions and transaction stakeholders to identify outstanding items and help accelerate closings. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and professionalism while managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably within a mid-sized or large law firm or similarly sophisticated real estate environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, closing processes, and multi-jurisdictional practices. Experience with solar or wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed-plotting software, along with the ability to work effectively using remote collaboration tools. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities. Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal and real estate professionals. High ethical, intellectual, and professional standards, combined with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a positive sense of humor. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship. Benefits: Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year. Fully remote: Work full-time from your home office anywhere in the United States. Opportunity to contribute to a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate transactions. Exposure to specialized real estate sectors, including renewable energy and wireless infrastructure. Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional learning and growth.
