Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for a variety of remote roles across multiple functions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in recruitment who can effectively manage hiring pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support ongoing business growth.
Duties / Task to perform
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for remote roles across different business areas.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned with hiring needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define job requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews and structured interviews.
- Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate interview processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions, assessing both technical and soft skills.
- Support background checks, reference verifications, and employment validation processes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Manage candidate communications through shared inboxes and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Minimum 4 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for remote roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess both technical and soft competencies.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
