Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in South Africa. In this role, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to a portfolio of clients, supporting them in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements. Working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, you will combine your market knowledge and consultative approach to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This remote position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients as an extension of their internal teams, building strong relationships and contributing directly to their growth. You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and delivering consistent value in a competitive talent market.
- Accountabilities Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for client requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across assigned roles. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor and extension of their internal hiring teams. Provide consultative support to hiring managers by understanding business needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. Evaluate candidate backgrounds thoroughly to ensure strong cultural and technical fit with client organizations. Coordinate communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience. Oversee candidate pipelines through to onboarding, including coordination with relocation or immigration support teams where required. Deliver recruitment solutions aligned with service level expectations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and responsiveness. Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates. Proven ability to work in a results-driven environment with strong accountability for delivery targets. High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Comfortable working in a remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
