You will serve as a trusted communications partner, translating enterprise priorities into clear, relevant, and audience-focused messaging. The position combines strategic guidance with hands-on content development, channel management, and communications enablement. You will help regional and functional teams communicate consistently while preserving the local context that makes messages effective. Through scalable templates, toolkits, best practices, and data-driven insights, you will improve communication quality and efficiency across the organization. This is an individual contributor role within a collaborative global communications team, suited to an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Accountabilities: Act as a primary communications partner for regional and functional stakeholders, providing guidance and support for cross-functional initiatives and translating enterprise priorities into audience-appropriate messaging. Partner closely with enterprise communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging while adapting communications for regional and functional audiences. Support the creation and activation of employee communities, including regional and functional groups, to strengthen connection, knowledge sharing, and consistent communication. Guide stakeholders in applying communication frameworks, standards, channel strategies, and best practices to their day-to-day communications. Advise stakeholders on messaging, structure, timing, and channel selection, balancing enterprise consistency with local requirements and audience needs. Support coordinated communication rollouts across regions and functions and encourage adoption of established communication standards. Lead and support content development for core internal channels, including intranet platforms and all-employee newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, editorially consistent, and aligned with organizational messaging and tone. Enable regional and functional teams to create effective communications independently through practical guidance, templates, toolkits, and playbooks. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve scalable communication frameworks, templates, and best practices that increase quality and efficiency. Act as a feedback loop between regional and functional stakeholders and enterprise communications, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve communication strategies and channels. Track communication and channel-performance metrics and use insights and stakeholder feedback to refine content, guidance, and communication practices. Manage multiple communication priorities and projects while maintaining a high standard of quality, clarity, and consistency. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. Bring 6+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or enterprise communications, ideally within a global, matrixed, or multinational organization. Demonstrate experience partnering with regional or functional stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones. Have a proven ability to shape communications, provide strategic guidance, and influence outcomes without direct managerial authority. Demonstrate experience developing communication templates, toolkits, playbooks, frameworks, and other enablement materials. Have experience managing ongoing content for internal channels such as intranets, employee newsletters, or similar enterprise communication platforms. Be comfortable creating scalable and repeatable communication processes that enable teams to communicate effectively and consistently. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and editorial quality. Possess excellent stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, combined with sound judgment and a service-oriented mindset. Have strong organizational and project-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Be comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments and bringing structure, clarity, and practical solutions to developing processes. Demonstrate a data-informed approach, with experience using communication metrics, feedback, and insights to improve content and channel effectiveness. Be able to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions, adapting communication approaches to local context and audience needs. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to balance competing stakeholder needs and communication priorities in a fast-paced global environment. Benefits: Full-time remote position in India. Opportunity to work within a global, multicultural communications environment. Broad exposure to regional and functional stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones. Opportunity to influence enterprise communication standards, processes, and best practices. Professional growth through strategic communications, stakeholder partnership, content development, and enablement responsibilities. Collaborative environment focused on connection, innovation, belonging, and continuous improvement. Opportunity to contribute to communication initiatives with broad organizational visibility and impact. Individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence across the organization.
