You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on personalized medicine and patient-centered care.   • Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the development and performance of a regional sales organization, ensuring strong execution, consistent coaching, and sustainable business growth across assigned territories. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Territory Managers and Sales Representatives, supporting sales skill development, time management, and career growth Build strong sales fundamentals across the team, including prospecting, relationship development, and pipeline management Enforce organizational excellence through effective use of CRM systems such as HubSpot and other sales tools Monitor performance metrics across individuals and teams, delivering structured feedback and implementing improvement plans when needed Identify growth opportunities within the assigned region and support execution of territory expansion strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales execution with broader business and operational goals Support continuous development of sales processes, ensuring consistency, accountability, and best practices across the region Requirements This role requires strong sales leadership experience, a coaching mindset, and the ability to drive performance in a distributed, fast-moving environment.
