Job Description

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier founded in 2012, delivering innovative gaming solutions to top iGaming operators worldwide.

As our Business Compliance Squad grows, we’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance & Data Protection Manager to support licensing, regulatory reporting, compliance, and data privacy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.


What you’ll bring

  • Experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, ideally within B2B gaming, operators, legal, or advisory environments.

  • Strong knowledge of gambling regulations across markets such as the UK, Greece, Sweden, Peru, Gibraltar, Romania, Ontario, and the Isle of Man.

  • Experience with licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications.

  • Understanding of GDPR and other privacy laws.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to interpret regulatory changes and turn them into practical actions.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with market entry projects and compliance gap analysis.

  • Hands-on data privacy management experience (DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, retention policies).

  • Relevant legal, compliance, or privacy certifications.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and interpret gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Support licensing activities, audits, regulatory filings, and reporting.

  • Coordinate responses to regulators and maintain compliance records.

  • Advise internal teams on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and maintain the company’s data protection framework and GDPR compliance.

  • Improve privacy processes, policies, and internal controls.
