Job Description
Playson is a leading online gaming supplier founded in 2012, delivering innovative gaming solutions to top iGaming operators worldwide.
As our Business Compliance Squad grows, we’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance & Data Protection Manager to support licensing, regulatory reporting, compliance, and data privacy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
What you’ll bring
Experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, ideally within B2B gaming, operators, legal, or advisory environments.
Strong knowledge of gambling regulations across markets such as the UK, Greece, Sweden, Peru, Gibraltar, Romania, Ontario, and the Isle of Man.
Experience with licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications.
Understanding of GDPR and other privacy laws.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret regulatory changes and turn them into practical actions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams.
Nice to have
Experience with market entry projects and compliance gap analysis.
Hands-on data privacy management experience (DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, retention policies).
Relevant legal, compliance, or privacy certifications.
What you’ll do
Monitor and interpret gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Support licensing activities, audits, regulatory filings, and reporting.
Coordinate responses to regulators and maintain compliance records.
Advise internal teams on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements.
Lead and maintain the company’s data protection framework and GDPR compliance.
Improve privacy processes, policies, and internal controls.
