Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, and activities
  • Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and itinerary details
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
  • Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements
  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation documentation
  • Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure client satisfaction

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel-related experience is a plus but not required
