- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante de Contas I | Uberlândia/MG based in Brazil. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on developing business opportunities across the Uberlândia/MG region. You will identify new prospects, understand their technical needs, and propose solutions that address their operational challenges. The role combines commercial development with technical support, relationship management, and project follow-up. You will manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing. You will also play an important role in post-sales activities, helping strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. The position offers autonomy, measurable goals, and opportunities to develop expertise across technical sales and customer solutions. - Accountabilities: Prospect for new customers and identify business opportunities within the assigned territory. Understand customer needs through technical and commercial discussions and translate them into appropriate solutions. Prepare commercial proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements. Present products and solutions, demonstrating their technical and business value. Lead negotiations and support the closing of contracts, ensuring alignment between customer needs and commercial objectives. Provide technical-commercial support throughout the sales process and during project execution. Monitor projects, customer requirements, and commercial commitments to ensure effective follow-through. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships. Conduct post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Track sales objectives and opportunities while maintaining strong organization and follow-up across the assigned territory. Identify emerging customer needs and new business opportunities through regular market and account interactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Food Science, Chemistry, or Production Engineering/related fields. Experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or a technical-commercial environment. Knowledge of technical products and solutions is desirable. Strong sales skills and a proactive approach to prospecting and business development. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging customers and business stakeholders. Strong customer relationship-management skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships. Analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Good organization and ability to monitor goals, opportunities, and customer follow-ups. Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions clearly to customers. Willingness to work on-site and travel within a radius of up to 300 km from the Uberlândia/MG base.
