Job Description
- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst based in Brazil. This is a high-impact analytics role focused on strengthening data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization. You will build the trusted data foundation behind core GTM and Revenue Operations metrics and reporting. The role combines hands-on data modeling, BI development, visualization, and business partnership. You will turn complex revenue questions into clear metrics, scalable dashboards, and actionable insights. Working in a fast-paced, distributed environment, you will have significant ownership over the analytics stack and its evolution. Your work will help teams improve pipeline visibility, conversion, forecasting, retention, and revenue execution. The position is ideal for an analytical, business-minded professional who enjoys building systems from the ground up and operating with autonomy.
- Accountabilities: Build and maintain a curated data layer using dbt models and transformations, turning raw data sources into trusted, reusable tables. Design scalable data transformation architecture that can support new datasets, analytical use cases, and evolving business needs. Define, standardize, document, and maintain core revenue metrics, including ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting, and related KPIs. Develop and maintain a semantic layer that provides a consistent single source of truth for revenue and commercial analytics. Own the official BI reporting layer, creating dashboards and self-service reporting that enable teams to make faster, more confident decisions. Translate GTM and Revenue Operations questions into well-defined metrics, analytical frameworks, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Ensure the full analytical workflow is connected and reliable, from raw data through modeling and metric definition to final visualization. Partner directly with business stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and help teams understand what the data means and where action is needed. Establish a governed and documented analytics foundation that reduces duplicated business logic and improves consistency across reporting. Continuously improve analytical processes, data quality, visualization standards, and reporting capabilities in a high-ownership environment. Requirements: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling, transformations, and modern analytics workflows. Practical experience with dbt or an equivalent data transformation framework. Demonstrated ability to design effective BI dashboards that prioritize clarity, usability, and decision-making rather than simply presenting charts. Strong data visualization and metric-definition skills, including the ability to represent complex relationships and business concepts clearly. Experience owning the complete analytics lifecycle: raw data → data model → metric → dashboard → business insight. Strong business orientation, with the ability to translate GTM, Sales, and Revenue Operations questions into analytical solutions rather than simply responding to predefined requests. Experience with BigQuery and/or modern data-stack technologies is highly desirable. Experience using Python for more complex data transformations is a plus. Previous experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar business-facing analytics environment is preferred. Ability to work directly with stakeholders, present findings, and communicate analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong ownership, analytical thinking, adaptability, and comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable impact are valued. Demonstrated AI fluency and the ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows, structure problems, improve analytical output, and increase productivity. Benefits: Fully remote work opportunity for candidates based in Brazil. Full-time position within a distributed, international environment. High degree of ownership and autonomy over analytics infrastructure, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Opportunity to work on high-impact revenue analytics supporting pipeline, forecasting, conversion, retention, and commercial performance. Exposure to modern data-stack technologies, including dbt, BigQuery, BI tools, and advanced analytics workflows. Strong opportunities for professional growth through challenging projects, experimentation, continuous feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. Mission-driven environment focused on solving complex problems and delivering meaningful impact. The original job posting does not specify salary, healthcare coverage, bonus structure, or additional benefits; these details should be confirmed during the hiring process.
