- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sailpoint Identity IQ Consultant based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to support enterprise identity and access management initiatives within a mission-focused environment. You will design, configure, and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions that improve security, governance, and automation across complex organizations. The position requires hands-on technical expertise across identity lifecycle management, provisioning, integrations, workflows, and compliance controls. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform IAM requirements into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening access governance, streamlining identity processes, and improving operational efficiency. - Accountabilities: The Sailpoint Identity IQ Consultant will be responsible for delivering and supporting IdentityIQ solutions that enable secure and automated identity governance processes. The role combines technical implementation, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous platform improvement. Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x solutions within enterprise IAM environments. Configure and maintain IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM), including access requests, approvals, provisioning workflows, request tracking, and lifecycle automation. Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, forms, rules, scripts, and configuration objects to support identity creation, onboarding, access changes, and offboarding processes. Configure application integrations, including JDBC connectors and enterprise application connections, while supporting account aggregation, entitlement aggregation, provisioning, and identity correlation. Implement and troubleshoot identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, leaver, contractor onboarding, identity refresh, and access management activities. Develop and maintain SailPoint customizations using BeanShell, Java, XML, SQL, and related technologies. Support Oracle EBS integrations, including entitlement aggregation, provisioning activities, and access governance processes. Configure and support Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, compliance controls, policy violations, mitigation workflows, and exception handling. Troubleshoot provisioning issues by analyzing workflow history, provisioning plans, connector logs, database records, and application diagnostics. Create and maintain reporting capabilities supporting access requests, compliance activities, audit requirements, entitlement analysis, and certification processes. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate IAM requirements into scalable IdentityIQ solutions. Support production operations, testing, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements to the IAM platform. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise IAM experience, deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise, and the ability to work independently in complex technical environments. Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust. U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) required based on customer requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments. Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x configuration, customization, administration, and troubleshooting. Proven expertise with IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM), identity lifecycle automation, provisioning, and access governance. Experience developing and troubleshooting IdentityIQ workflows, forms, rules, application integrations, and configuration objects. Strong understanding of IdentityIQ components including Identity, Link, Application, ManagedAttribute, Bundle/Role, ProvisioningPlan, Workflow, Rule, TaskDefinition, IdentityRequest, and Policy objects. Experience with identity aggregation, entitlement management, correlation, provisioning, and access certification processes. Proficiency with BeanShell, Java, XML, SQL, or similar scripting and programming technologies. Experience troubleshooting provisioning failures, workflow execution issues, connector problems, and system logs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred experience with Oracle E-Business Suite integrations, Oracle security concepts, SoD implementations, custom IdentityIQ extensions, compliance reporting, and federal government environments. SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications are highly preferred.
