Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment Type:eFull time - Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST
Compensation: Competitive hourly base + performance-based commission
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline through cold calling. This is a performance-driven role where your primary focus will be booking qualified appointments through high-volume outreach.
This is not a passive or support-based position. You will be expected to take ownership of your activity, hit daily dialing targets, and consistently generate results.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls (150–200+ dials/day)
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow proven scripts while adapting to real-time conversations
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM
- Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting daily call targets
- Booking high-quality appointments
- Strong objection handling and conversation control
- Continuous improvement in conversion rates
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling or SDR roles
- Proven B2B cold calling experience with specific metrics you can share (dials per day, connect rates, appointments set)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota consistently
- Ability to handle objections on the spot — not with philosophy, but with actual word-for-word rebuttal.
- Baseline knowledge of digital marketing (you can explain what Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and a CRM are in your own words)
- Clear, direct communication — you answer the question asked without rambling
- Hungry. Motivated by money. You have financial goals and you will outwork everyone to hit them.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills (C1)
