We are currently hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a proven background in B2B technology sales to join high-performing international sales teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 1 year of experience selling B2B technology solutions. In this fully remote sales role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline development for innovative tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients within target industries.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives and senior sales teams.
  • Manage and update leads accurately within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences and sales cadences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects across global markets.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tech sales, SaaS sales, or software outbound prospecting.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in tech sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS, IT services, software platforms, or digital solutions is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with UK, US, or Australian clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • Understanding of modern B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
