This senior, high-impact role is focused on driving the growth of a consulting and engineering services portfolio across the Canadian market. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, build strong pipelines, and lead complex sales pursuits from qualification through to close. Acting as both strategist and hands-on deal leader, you will shape client engagements, influence solution design, and ensure alignment across sales, industry, and delivery teams. The role combines commercial leadership with technical consulting depth in a fast-evolving digital transformation environment. You will engage directly with senior client stakeholders, helping them modernize operations and unlock business value through large-scale technology solutions. This position offers strong visibility with executive leadership and significant influence over regional growth strategy.
  • Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional growth of consulting and engineering services by defining and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with key Canadian industries. You will lead opportunity identification, pipeline development, and end-to-end pursuit execution while ensuring strong collaboration across sales, delivery, and offering teams. You will also shape solution positioning, support pre-sales activities, and guide client engagements through discovery, solution design, and proposal development. In addition, you will manage commercial negotiations, ensure forecast accuracy, and contribute to revenue and bookings targets. You will work closely with industry leaders to tailor offerings for priority sectors and represent the organization in senior client and executive forums. Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy for consulting and engineering services Drive pipeline creation and manage regional revenue and bookings targets Lead qualification, pursuit strategy, and end-to-end deal execution Support pre-sales activities including workshops, solution design, and RFP responses Build and maintain executive-level client relationships across key accounts Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with legal and finance teams Collaborate with industry teams to tailor solutions for priority sectors Provide market feedback to refine offerings, pricing, and solution assets Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting services, or systems integration within large, complex client environments. You have a proven track record of leading high-value deals, shaping strategic pursuits, and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud, and enterprise technology ecosystems is essential. You combine strong commercial acumen with technical credibility and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working across multiple industries such as financial services, energy, manufacturing, or public sector is highly valued.
