We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations you'll be responsible for:
 
Description
  • Supporting Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization.
  • Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes.
  • Annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, HC planning, cross functional support etc.
  • Develop key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organistation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear insights on business problems
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
  • Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
