- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer based in India. This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to build and enhance enterprise-grade Service Cloud solutions in a remote, global environment. You will play a hands-on role in developing scalable functionality that improves customer service workflows and business operations. The position combines Salesforce development, system integration, technical design, and production support. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex business needs into reliable technical solutions. The role offers significant ownership, with opportunities to influence architecture, development standards, and platform stability. You will collaborate with U.S.-based teams during core U.S. Central Time hours while working remotely from India. It is well suited to a technically strong developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a high-growth enterprise environment.
- Accountabilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel capabilities such as routing, capacity, and presence management. Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), while maintaining and refactoring Aura and Visualforce components when required. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and SaaS or AppExchange applications. Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards. Conduct code reviews and apply Salesforce development best practices, including governor-limit management, bulkification, appropriate test coverage, and maintainable code standards. Create and maintain technical documentation covering customizations, integrations, and platform solutions. Act as an escalation point for production issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing timely solutions to maintain platform reliability and stability. Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical Salesforce functionality. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably with substantial experience implementing Service Cloud solutions in enterprise environments. Deep expertise in Salesforce Omni-Channel, including routing, capacity, presence management, and Service Cloud Console configurations. Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, with LWC experience as the primary development standard. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and third-party SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data governance, including sharing rules, permission sets, role hierarchies, and enterprise security practices. Experience working in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar high-growth business environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams and work during core U.S. Central Time (CT) hours. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred. Knowledge of IT security and compliance practices aligned with ISO, SOC, or similar standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the independence to manage development tasks while communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Benefits: Competitive long-term total compensation package, including salary and performance-based bonus. 100% remote-first working environment with a strong emphasis on flexibility. Opportunities to work alongside experienced engineers and technology leaders. Technical and non-technical training programs to support continuous professional development. Global exposure through collaboration with international teams and clients. Opportunities to attend virtual and in-person international technology conferences. Experience working within an IT environment governed by rigorous ISO/SOC-aligned security and compliance standards. Opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with meaningful business impact.
