This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of live government meeting productions within a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, managing high volumes of communications, and ensuring all operational details are properly documented and communicated across teams. The position plays a key role in supporting broadcast workflows that enable transparent and accessible government communications for citizens. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including broadcast, QA, captioning, and support to ensure seamless coordination. The environment requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple time zones. This is a highly operational role where precision, communication, and reliability directly contribute to mission-critical public service delivery.
  • Accountabilities In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of scheduling and coordination activities that support live government meeting broadcasts and related operations: Maintain and update accurate broadcast schedules for live government meeting productions. Manage and process high-volume communications via email and virtual communication tools. Coordinate meeting agendas and ensure timely distribution of information to video supervisors and production teams. Update internal systems with recordings, documentation, and operational data. Act as a liaison between departments such as Broadcast, Captioning, QA, and Support to ensure workflow alignment. Support additional operational tasks such as content indexing and documentation as required. Ensure smooth execution of scheduling processes while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines. Requirements We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced operational environment: Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, operations, or administrative support roles. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working in remote environments across distributed teams and time zones. Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools. Ability to remain calm and efficient in fast-paced and high-volume workflows. Familiarity with tools such as Wrike and Salesforce is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working flexible hours based on operational needs.
