Scrum Master / QA Engineer | Contract (Lithuania Only)

Job Description

• For our Client from the telecom sector, we are looking for a Remote Scrum Master / QA Engineer. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Work Model: Remote in Lithuania ONLY. We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer combined with Scrum Master responsibilities to join our online team.
• The role includes: Performing both manual and automated testing (test case creation, execution, and follow-up). Understanding dependent systems and validating integrations end-to-end. Maintaining and monitoring test environments to ensure service availability. Coordinating with dependent teams to secure and validate test data. Supporting production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing clear defect descriptions to developers. Driving agile ways of working, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring Scrum processes are followed.
• Required skills: Manual Testing. Scrum. Test Case. QA. Automation. English (Proficient).
• €40 - €55 an hour Assignment period 01 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026
