  • We are seeking a customer-centric Program Manager to lead Selection programs within the 3P Marketplace in South Africa. This role owns end-to-end initiatives that accelerate selection growth and improve conversion across the funnel. You will also build strong relationships across 3P and 1P teams (including leadership), acting as the single-threaded owner for Selection and identifying opportunities to align and synergize your initiatives with partner team goals. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management with deep analytical capability, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving measurable business outcomes. Key job responsibilities • Own and drive all 3P Marketplace selection growth initiatives in South Africa, including goal setting, tracking, and delivery. • Act as the single-threaded owner for Selection, defining priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned to business objectives. • Identify selection gaps and growth opportunities using internal and external data, and build scalable programs to address them. • Launch and scale new GLs (product categories), driving end-to-end execution and ensuring successful adoption and growth. • Partner cross-functionally with local and global teams (including Account Management, Product, and Trustworthy Shopping Experience) to launch and optimize selection programs, while leveraging best practices from other Emerging Market 3P teams. • Develop and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership. • Translate customer insights and business needs into structured program requirements, including business requirement documents and tool enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
  • - Experience working with data and analytics - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years in program, account, category, or business management. - Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
