Title: Senior Analyst, Sustainability Commercial Enablement
Location: London or Cambridge (hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
The role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to lead the delivery AVEVA’s sustainability partner enablement programs. You will work closely with the Partner organization to define and execute the operational strategy and roadmap for partner engagement in sustainability.
In this role, you will lead program governance, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure execution against key objectives – monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and driving outcomes. You will also provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights into program health, performance, and impact.
Reporting to the Sustainability Commercial Enablement (SCE) Lead, you will play a key role in scaling sustainability programs across AVEVA’s partner ecosystem. As part of a global team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA region, where you may also support the cascade of broader SCE priorities – such as incentive and market insight programs – while ensuring global initiatives are effectively adapted and relevant to regional needs.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sustainability and commercial strategy, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to shape how AVEVA drives growth and sustainability through its partners. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in building and scaling programs in evolving environments, and who are motivated to drive both business growth and sustainability impact.
Key responsibilities
Partner Program Management & Growth
Lead the strategy and roadmap for sustainability-focused partner programs, working closely with the Partner organization to drive adoption and engagement across a complex, global ecosystem.
Manage program execution while owning performance visibility, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact across sustainability outcomes and commercial goals.
Own and evolve key partner enablement mechanisms to drive capability building and participation.
Enable partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver solutions that drive sustainability impact, strengthening their contribution to AVEVA’s go-to-market and revenue outcomes.
Contribute to priority initiatives across the Global Sustainability Team, such as climate education, Tech4Good, and flagship innovation programs, that are still evolving and where partner engagement can play a key role in shaping and scaling impact.
Performance & Insights
Track KPIs tied to sustainability outcomes, enablement effectiveness, and commercial impact (e.g., adoption, engagement, pipeline).
Analyze partner program data, leveraging AI where appropriate, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Maintain strong execution cadence across initiatives, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
Communicate program performance and key insights to drive alignment and decision-making.
Commercial Enablement & Market Engagement
Support SCE enablement priorities by developing and delivering content, tools, and coaching that equip partners and field teams to drive effectiveness and align with evolving business needs.
Act as a key point of contact for EMEA markets, supporting regional teams in activating enablement programs and engaging the field in partnership with the Sustainability Segment Director.
Desired qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, go-to-market strategy, commercial enablement, or program management; Sustainability experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools, and a curiosity for applying AI to improve data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level presentations
Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments and building from the ground up, with a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to operate across multiple priorities
