- Accountabilities: Support and maintain business-critical applications, enterprise systems, and integrations to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability. Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, data feeds, and integration workflows while proactively resolving incidents and implementing corrective actions. Design, develop, and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware platforms, and file-based transfer solutions across enterprise environments. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable integration components that optimize workflows and data exchange. Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements and fixes. Configure and manage batch jobs, process schedules, dependencies, and enterprise data transformations while ensuring data accuracy and validation. Lead testing, deployment, migration, and modernization efforts, including transitioning legacy integrations toward API and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with vendors, business users, and cross-functional technical teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and compliance with security, governance, and change management standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of modern technologies and AI-driven operational enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, or mission-critical business systems. Hands-on experience with file-based integrations, managed file transfer platforms, APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, business process flows, and data transformation methodologies. Experience supporting cloud-native or on-premise integration platforms and enterprise application ecosystems. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze system performance, and resolve production incidents efficiently. Familiarity with batch processing, scheduled jobs, data feeds, and enterprise automation workflows. Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira and understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred experience supporting Finance or HR business processes and modernizing legacy systems into API-driven solutions.
