  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant - Quality Analyst (QA) based in India. This is a senior quality engineering opportunity focused on ensuring the reliability, quality, and business readiness of enterprise applications. You’ll own testing activities across the full QA lifecycle, from planning and execution through defect resolution and reporting. The role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership, stakeholder management, and quality governance. You’ll work across complex integrations and enterprise platforms, supporting business-critical processes and applications. You’ll also establish QA dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide clear visibility into testing progress and application quality. The position offers the opportunity to lead testing teams, influence quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement. It is well suited to an experienced QA professional who can combine technical depth with strong communication and delivery leadership.
  • Accountabilities Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts that provide thorough coverage of functional requirements and business processes. Oversee test execution, coordinate test environments, and ensure testing activities follow established procedures and quality standards. Own defect management throughout the testing lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, assignment, tracking, resolution, validation, and closure. Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate defects and support timely resolution of identified issues. Work cross-functionally with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing objectives and delivery expectations remain aligned. Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating testing progress, risks, findings, and quality concerns clearly and proactively. Lead and coordinate QA teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and support team members in achieving testing objectives. Drive QA progress reporting and provide consistent visibility into testing status and application quality. Develop and maintain QA dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor testing performance and quality indicators. Track and present daily and weekly QA metrics, including planned, ready, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending test cases, as well as execution and pass percentages. Produce defect analytics by module, severity, priority, status, age, and business impact to identify trends and areas requiring immediate attention. Conduct integration testing across B2B, Oracle Field Service (OFS), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and upstream or downstream systems such as CRM and ERP platforms. Contribute to test case analysis, execution, automation, and reporting using appropriate testing tools and frameworks. Perform additional quality assurance activities and responsibilities as required to support project and business objectives. Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, software testing, or quality engineering. Strong experience developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, cases, and scripts. Proven ability to lead QA teams, delegate work effectively, motivate team members, and drive delivery against testing objectives. Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Service, and related enterprise application architecture. Experience conducting integration testing across B2B, OFS, CPQ, CRM, ERP, and other upstream or downstream systems. Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools such as Selenium with Java, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, and TOSCA. Strong understanding of test case analysis, execution, defect management, and QA reporting. Experience establishing and maintaining QA dashboards, KPIs, and testing metrics. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret defect trends, quality indicators, execution metrics, and business impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate risks and testing outcomes clearly. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple testing priorities throughout the delivery lifecycle. Willingness to work full-time on a permanent basis, with an expected schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Benefits Fully remote opportunity based in India.
