  • Accountabilities: The Senior Director, Technology Strategy & Planning is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and executive-level coordination across technology and digital transformation initiatives. This role acts as an integrator between leadership teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and strategic objectives are successfully executed. Support the development and execution of enterprise digital and technology strategies. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes. Lead strategic planning activities and ensure alignment between technology investments, business objectives, and transformation goals. Coordinate planning sessions, governance activities, and operational reviews across key stakeholders. Support executive governance processes, including preparation for leadership meetings, steering committees, and board-level discussions. Develop accurate reporting on technology investments, performance metrics, KPIs, and transformation progress. Track strategic initiatives, milestones, risks, and objectives to ensure successful execution. Create executive communications, presentations, and leadership updates that clearly communicate technology vision and progress. Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across stakeholders regarding strategic priorities and transformation initiatives. Build strong relationships with technology leaders, business partners, functional teams, and external stakeholders. Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and alignment issues while proactively driving resolution. Serve as a connector across leadership teams to improve collaboration, decision-making, and execution. Introduce structure, discipline, and operational excellence into strategic programs and processes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced technology strategy leader with a strong background in digital transformation, executive communications, and enterprise program leadership. This individual should be comfortable operating in complex environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning strategic vision into measurable execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree or MBA required. 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, transformation leadership, or related roles. Proven experience leading enterprise digital and technology transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of technology governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning processes. Experience managing executive-level communications, presentations, and business narratives. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology concepts into clear, compelling messages for senior audiences. Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-style roles is highly desirable. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to connect strategy, operations, and execution while maintaining focus on business outcomes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to lead change, create alignment, and drive accountability across teams.
