Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within Microsoft Office 365 or cloud-based environments. Proven success managing complex IT projects and simultaneously overseeing multiple initiatives in fast-paced technical organizations. Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is required. Experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and change control processes. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and OnePlan. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive informed decision-making. Ability to understand and discuss complex technical requirements and solution architectures. U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet federal clearance requirements are required. Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, or Power Platform Fundamentals are considered a strong advantage. Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $165,000 based on experience, qualifications, and clearance level. Fully remote work flexibility within the United States. Opportunity to work on impactful projects supporting public sector and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and retirement support. Professional development opportunities and certification support. Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture with exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. Opportunity to work alongside highly skilled technical experts and strategic leaders.
