Senior Java Developer | Contract

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to support a new investment services project within the banking industry, related to securities purchasing and related enterprise systems. The role focuses on developing and maintaining scalable Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving technical requirements. Experience with Angular is also required.
• Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services. Support development of enterprise solutions related to investment services and securities processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement technical requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance while ensuring code quality. Contribute to robust, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
• Must-Have Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience in Java development and related frameworks. Experience with Angular. Proven ability to work on long-term projects with evolving technical requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience working in a banking environment.
• €40 - €50 an hour Location: Lithuania. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 12 months with possible extension.
