You will own strategy and execution across paid media, organic search, and growth tooling, ensuring every channel contributes meaningfully to revenue pipeline and customer acquisition. The position requires a systems thinker who can connect B2B demand generation with broader B2B2C dynamics while optimizing performance in real time. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, analytics, and creative to turn insights into scalable growth initiatives. Operating in a highly data-driven environment, you will test, iterate, and continuously refine campaigns to maximize impact. This is a high-visibility role where digital strategy directly influences measurable business outcomes across global markets.
  • Accountabilities In this role, you will lead full-funnel digital growth initiatives, owning paid media, SEO/AEO strategy, and marketing operations to generate qualified pipeline and improve conversion efficiency across multiple brands. • Own and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and content syndication platforms to drive B2B pipeline growth • Lead organic search strategy, including SEO and emerging AEO/GEO optimization for AI-driven search visibility • Manage agency partners, ensuring performance accountability, budget efficiency, and KPI delivery • Partner with creative, influencer, and digital experience teams to develop high-performing, conversion-focused content and landing pages • Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all digital channels • Build and optimize marketing operations infrastructure, including lead mapping, attribution models, and CRM integration • Explore and scale AI-driven tools such as Clay for lead enrichment, scoring, and outbound automation • Monitor full-funnel KPIs and translate performance data into actionable optimization strategies and business insights • Support global marketing alignment by sharing best practices and performance learnings across regions Requirements This role requires a strong performance marketing leader with deep B2B experience, technical fluency in marketing systems, and the ability to operate independently across complex digital ecosystems. • 7+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with strong B2B pipeline generation expertise • Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn independently • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM integration, including lead scoring and reporting • Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Power BI • Solid understanding of SEO principles, with interest in AEO/GEO and AI-driven search evolution • Experience building and optimizing end-to-end marketing operations and attribution models • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Strong cross-functional communication and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Experience in B2B2C, SaaS, or complex sales environments is highly preferred Benefits • Competitive base salary range: $121,000–$140,000 plus bonus • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Health savings and flexible spending accounts • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off and company holidays • Life, disability, and accident insurance coverage • Pet insurance and additional voluntary benefits • Opportunities to work with advanced marketing technologies and AI-driven growth tools • Collaborative, innovation-driven environment with global exposure
