Job Description
  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Consumer Acquisition in the United States. This role is a high-impact growth leadership position focused on building and scaling paid acquisition engines that drive measurable consumer growth and profitability. You will own multi-channel performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition platforms, ensuring strong alignment between media investment and business outcomes. The role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both design growth frameworks and actively optimize campaigns. You will lead experimentation across channels, uncover new acquisition opportunities, and improve conversion efficiency across the full funnel. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to design and enhance acquisition journeys. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role where success is defined by scalable, profitable growth and continuous innovation in how consumers are acquired.
  • Accountabilities: Own and evolve the paid acquisition strategy and channel mix across search, social, affiliates, and emerging media, aligning investments with growth and profitability targets. Lead end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and performance management, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing. Design and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate, geo, and holdout tests) to continuously improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance. Build forecasting and performance models (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, marginal ROI) to guide strategic investment decisions and scenario planning. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance acquisition capabilities, including tracking, attribution, personalization, and conversion optimization infrastructure. Oversee external partners including agencies and technology vendors, ensuring accountability against performance, testing rigor, and reporting standards. Deliver regular performance readouts and executive-level insights, translating complex campaign data into clear recommendations for leadership. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards for consumer finance marketing and data usage. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with ownership of multi-channel media programs tied to measurable business outcomes. At least 3 years of experience in a people management role leading performance marketers or growth teams. Proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks. Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate raw performance data into actionable business insights (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback). Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar to build insights and dashboards for stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and interpret statistically sound experiments and translate findings into scalable strategies. Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong bias toward action and experimentation. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills across matrixed organizations. Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, financial services, or consumer lending is a plus. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $170,000–$200,000 plus annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid parental leave and adoption assistance programs Tuition reimbursement and ongoing learning and development support Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Flexible remote work options supporting work-life balance Additional benefits including profit sharing, wellness support, and employee assistance programs.
