You will take ownership of multi-channel marketing strategy across multiple accounts, translating business objectives into clear, measurable, and high-performing campaigns. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote agency environment, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, ensuring every initiative is grounded in data and aligned with client goals. The role requires strong creative thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to confidently lead client conversations at an executive level. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to transform ideas into execution-ready plans that deliver measurable results.   • Accountabilities Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for multiple childcare client accounts across multi-channel campaigns. Lead client-facing strategic discussions, guiding decision-making and long-term growth planning. Define KPIs, campaign success metrics, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI. Translate data insights into actionable strategies using tools such as GA4 and other analytics platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, coordinators, and specialists) to execute high-performing campaigns. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates. Stay ahead of marketing and childcare industry trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches. Requirements Proven experience in multi-channel marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple clients. Strong ability to lead client relationships and confidently present strategic recommendations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into actionable insights. Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes. High proficiency with Google Suite and digital marketing tools, including analytics platforms such as GA4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability. Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Creative, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.
