• Accountabilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across frontend and backend systems using modern engineering practices. Take ownership of complex technical challenges and contribute to architectural decisions that improve product performance and maintainability. Collaborate closely with developers, product designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned with user needs. Build reusable, efficient, and secure code while proactively reducing technical debt and improving system reliability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to maintaining strong coding standards and development best practices across the team. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence. Explore and integrate AI-powered technologies and development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and product innovation. Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development trends to continuously improve solutions and workflows. Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar software engineering role. Strong expertise in C# and .NET development within production environments. Solid experience working with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Backbone.js. Hands-on experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. Advanced SQL knowledge, including query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets. Daily practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Experience optimizing frontend and backend application performance is considered a strong advantage.
