Job Description

About Leaply

Hi! We're Leaply — a fast-growing wellness ecosystem on a mission to make healthy living effortless for millions of people. Our vision: a future where healthy lifestyle happens on autopilot. Launched in 2024, we've scaled rapidly across the US, Europe, and LATAM — and we're just getting started.

At Leaply, ownership beats job titles and impact beats process. We move fast, test relentlessly, and build things that actually change how people feel every day.

Role Overview

Google is our second UA channel. Demand Gen is live — the infrastructure is in place. The next stage is to scale Demand Gen and unlock new campaign types — and build Google into a channel that rivals Meta in performance and ambition.

As User Acquisition Manager (Google), you'll join a small UA team and drive Google's growth trajectory. You'll bring structure to what's early-stage, drive performance through creative testing and smart campaign architecture, and have direct influence on a channel that will become one of the company's core growth engines.

Tech Stack

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics 4

  • Tableau and Amplitude

  • Airtable

  • Notion and Slack for collaboration

  • AI and automation tools (scripts, autorules, n8n, and others) for efficiency and scale

Key Responsibilities

Channel development. Drive Google to the next level — identify the next campaign types, targeting approaches, and funnel configurations that unlock scale.

Creative-led testing. Lead structured, high-volume creative testing. Read the signals, identify winners, and work directly with the creative team to influence direction based on performance data.

Performance analytics. Monitor all KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools. Turn data into clear next steps — not just reports.

Competitive and platform intelligence. Track industry trends, competitor angles, new formats and platform updates. Proactively translate insights into testing opportunities.

Automation and efficiency. Use existing automation infrastructure — and build on top of it. Design autorules, scripts, and workflows that reduce manual workload and speed up iteration.

Cross-team collaboration. Work closely with the Meta UA team and marketers from other businesses to share learnings and move faster.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in web subscription funnels, with a track record of scaling monthly budgets to $1M+.

  • Channel depth: strong hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, Display, and Search.

  • Performance marketing mindset: you think beyond campaign settings. You understand funnels, conversion logic, offer mechanics, and how UA decisions connect to LTV and business outcomes.

  • Creative thinker: you understand what makes a high-performing visual creative — hooks, structure, offer framing — and you use that to drive testing strategy, not just execution.

  • AI and automation-native: you've built or worked with automation workflows that actually ship — autorules, scripts, AI-assisted pipelines, or similar. You default to building systems, not doing things manually. Shipped at least one AI workflow with a measurable impact.

  • Numbers-driven: fluent in CPA, ROAS, LTV. You explain performance through data, not gut feel.

  • Detail-oriented: structured, accurate, high ownership of your own work.

  • English: B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Meta UA — understanding the broader paid acquisition picture is a big plus.

  • Experience with AppLovin or Snapchat.

  • Background in wellness, fitness, or subscription health apps.

Why This Role

  • Real scale: you'll help take Google from early-stage to a channel that rivals Meta in performance and ambition.

  • Ownership: you'll shape how Google performs as a channel, with direct access to the CMO.

  • Speed: we test aggressively and move fast — no bureaucracy between a hypothesis and a live test.

  • AI and automations: existing pipelines to build on — and room to design your own from scratch.

  • Growth: clear path to leadership tied to outcomes, not tenure.

  • Scope: start with Google, grow into a multi-channel UAM as the business scales.

  • Compensation: competitive, tied to the impact you create.

  • Network: access to SKELAR communities across UA, Marketing, Product, and Engineering — 13+ B2C businesses.

  • Mission: help people build healthier habits every day, at scale.

Leaply is backed by SKELAR, a venture builder with 13+ successful B2C businesses. Beyond business, we support the SKELAR Foundation, a charitable initiative created by employees to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
