This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader to shape the future of AI-powered software that transforms how revenue teams work. You will define and deliver innovative products built around generative AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation, working closely with engineering, design, AI specialists, and business stakeholders. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on customer discovery, rapid experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. You'll have significant ownership over product vision, roadmap, and execution while helping create next-generation user experiences that deliver measurable business value. • Accountabilities Own the complete product lifecycle for AI-native solutions, from product discovery and strategy through launch, optimization, and continuous iteration. Define a compelling product vision and roadmap that leverages generative AI, large language models, and autonomous agents to improve customer workflows. Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities where intelligent automation delivers meaningful business outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, UX, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences. Establish product success metrics, analyze adoption and performance data, and continuously optimize features based on customer feedback and business impact. Champion intuitive user experiences by ensuring AI capabilities solve real customer problems while remaining simple, effective, and accessible. Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and execution progress to executives and cross-functional leadership, maintaining alignment across the organization. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar product leadership role, successfully delivering software products from concept through launch. Strong expertise in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or intelligent automation technologies, with experience translating AI capabilities into customer-facing products. Hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype, experiment, and collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Solid understanding of go-to-market workflows, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations. Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and balancing customer needs with business objectives. Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and data visualization tools to measure product success and guide decision-making. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence executive and technical audiences. Passion for user experience, continuous innovation, and building AI-powered products that deliver measurable customer and business value. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward experimentation, rapid iteration, ownership, and delivering impactful outcomes. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $126,000–$198,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and work location.
