Acting as a senior individual contributor, you will drive product launches, messaging strategy, and cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and customer success teams. You will operate as a key strategic partner to leadership while remaining close to execution, ensuring every release is successfully introduced to the market.   • Accountabilities: In this role, you will lead product marketing strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle, ensuring strong market positioning and successful product adoption. Define and own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks for new and existing products across healthcare buyer segments. Lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating execution across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions, sales narratives, and customer-facing content. Develop and maintain deep understanding of buyer personas, refining ideal customer profiles and messaging based on market insights. Partner with Sales Enablement to build tools such as pitch decks, ROI models, case studies, demo narratives, and objection-handling materials. Contribute to competitive analysis and market intelligence to strengthen positioning and inform strategic decisions. Support thought leadership initiatives, including speaking engagements and customer storytelling programs. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive successful product launches in fast-moving environments. 6+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries. Proven track record of leading successful product launches that drove measurable pipeline, adoption, or revenue impact. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging and narratives. Experience working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams in cross-functional environments. Strong understanding of market positioning, competitive analysis, and buyer journey mapping. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
