Senior QA Engineer (Adobe Commerce)

Job Description

• About Decima Decima develops and supports Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions for international clients. We focus on building stable e-commerce systems and maintaining high product quality through structured QA processes, automation, and modern testing practices.
• Role Overview We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of testing activities across client projects. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure releases are stable, requirements are covered, and issues are identified before reaching production. The role includes both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on e-commerce workflows such as checkout, payments, order processing, and third-party integrations.
• Responsibilities Analyze requirements and identify missing cases, risks, and inconsistencies. Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Test custom features and third-party integrations. Contribute to test automation coverage for UI and API testing. Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and expected results. Participate in release validation and risk assessment. Perform performance and load testing when required. Prepare test reports and communicate quality status to the team. Be open to adopting and leveraging AI-assisted tools and practices
• Requirements 5+ years of QA experience (manual and automation). Experience testing e-commerce platforms - Magento / Adobe Commerce. Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect management processes. Experience with SQL and data validation. Working knowledge of Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines. English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. Is a big plus: Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6). Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, PHPUnit, or similar)
