Job Description
- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator, GTM Systems based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to own a critical Salesforce platform supporting go-to-market operations and revenue workflows. You will serve as the primary owner of Salesforce CPQ, shaping the configuration and processes that enable efficient quoting and contracting. At the same time, you will manage the intake process for Salesforce requests, turning ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable solutions. The position combines hands-on technical administration with cross-functional partnership across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and RevOps teams. You will have significant autonomy to improve workflows, remove friction, and establish scalable administrative practices. AI-assisted tools will be an important part of the role, helping accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, and solution scoping. This is an ideal opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and improving how teams work.
- Accountabilities: Own the end-to-end configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, bundles, approval flows, and related processes. Manage quote-to-cash workflows, including contract generation and integrations with electronic signature platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for CPQ users, resolving issues, providing guidance, creating documentation, and enabling stakeholders to use the platform effectively. Own the requirements intake process for Salesforce administrative requests, gathering business requirements, assessing complexity, and routing or prioritizing work appropriately. Resolve low-complexity Salesforce configuration requests directly to accelerate delivery and prevent straightforward requests from unnecessarily entering the broader backlog. Translate ambiguous business requests into clearly defined, actionable requirements and tickets that can be efficiently executed. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps stakeholders, and other Salesforce administrators to move requests from initial intake through resolution. Apply and expand AI-assisted tools to improve requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, and overall administrative efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify Salesforce processes, improve quote-to-cash workflows, and enhance the experience of internal users. Own assigned processes from initial request through completion while maintaining strong communication, documentation, and quality standards. Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including production-level Salesforce CPQ configuration. Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Demonstrated expertise configuring Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval workflows. Practical experience with quote-to-cash processes and contract/e-signature solutions such as DocuSign or SpotDraft. Strong requirements-gathering and scoping capabilities, with the ability to turn incomplete or ambiguous requests into clear and actionable requirements. Experience owning administrative processes end-to-end, including intake, assessment, prioritization, routing, implementation, and resolution. Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration, with experience in areas such as Flow, validation rules, and permission sets considered an advantage. Experience supporting Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar business stakeholders is preferred. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or experience with alternative CPQ platforms such as Nue.io, Conga, or DealHub is a plus. Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, requirements analysis, documentation, and solution design. Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary of $133,900–$192,500 USD, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Potential eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation. Potential equity participation. Comprehensive benefits package. Opportunity to work in a role where AI-assisted technology is actively incorporated into day-to-day workflows. Broad cross-functional exposure across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Salesforce administration. Opportunity to take ownership of a critical CPQ and Salesforce intake function and make measurable improvements to business processes. Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and a diverse workforce.
