Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines strong technical execution with curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll help define, develop, and integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party tooling. The ideal candidate brings experience in custom development (Apex, Visualforce), unit testing, building and maintaining integrations (REST API, Platform Events, etc.), and a thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits to build at scale. If you enjoy working through ambiguity, creatively designing solutions to scale, and crafting the next evolution of our sales and service processes, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem while developing a strong understanding of implementations of any related integrations with Salesforce.
  • Design, build, and test scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, uncover edge cases, and ensure quality delivery - even when the problem space isn’t fully defined.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to logged errors (e.g., integration disruptions, Apex class errors, etc.), driving resolution and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with others through well-scoped pull requests, clear documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion testing and observability, ensuring our pipelines are resilient and trustworthy.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment.
  • 1+ year of experience with Lightning development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service, Sales, Experience Clouds
  • Skilled in development of custom applications.
  • Experienced performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages.
  • Experienced in building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.
  • Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale.
  • Contribute to team processes by participating in (and leading) team activities, such as code review, estimation, technical planning, and requirements definition.
  • Ability to break down complex projects into iterative steps and communicate progress effectively.
  • Basic exposure to or a general interest in generative AI (Claude, AgentForce, Cursor, etc).
  • Interest in working across departments to manage shifting priorities and requirements.
  • A growth-oriented mindset—you’re resourceful, self-directed, and open to feedback.
  • Someone who is curious and engaged, regularly asking thoughtful questions and offering insights beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • A positive, collaborative teammate who brings energy and focus to the work and team.
  • It's great, but not required, if you have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder.
