A day in the life:
- As an SEO Senior Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving search performance across a portfolio of healthcare clients. You’ll support the execution of content and technical SEO strategies, helping turn audits, opportunities, and roadmaps into meaningful growth. From implementing optimizations on client WordPress sites to partnering with SEO Managers and Account Managers on monthly priorities, you’ll keep momentum moving and strategy grounded in performance. Your day will include supporting strategic initiatives, surfacing insights, contributing to monthly reporting, and acting as a trusted resource on SEO best practices, content quality, and technical improvements. This is a role for someone who loves execution, thinks critically, and knows how to turn smart strategy into measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, content recommendations, and technical improvements
- Conduct ongoing keyword research and mapping to identify target topics and inform content strategies
- Experience with technical SEO fundamentals, local listings management, SEO tools, content strategy support, and link building best practices
- Comfortable working in WordPress to implement SEO updates, on-page optimizations, and basic troubleshooting
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on strategy and performance
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience supporting digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful SEO initiatives and performance improvements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities
- Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment alongside SEO, content, and account management partners
- Understand that clients want things yesterday. It ain’t fair but it’s true
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance and processes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- $20k–$50k Supported Client Revenue
- Below 10% Client Churn Rate (team-supported)
- Range of the number of accounts (2–4)
Most Important Things (MITs)
- Execution of SEO content, initiatives and optimizations
- Alignment and accountability to outcomes - measured by KPI and core metrics
- Clear and proactive communication with internal teams and clients
