Your Role
As a Slovenian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:
- Provide customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their questions and requests in a professional manner.
- Find solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Use company systems and tools to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain excellent service quality.
- Native or fluent Slovenian (C1/C2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a new environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Full training will be provided.
