Description
  • Amazon AI Studios is building Nara, the AI-native production platform. Nara gives creative teams a single environment for ideation, asset generation, pipeline orchestration, and project management, with deep integrations into the professional tools creators already use. Productions across Live Action, Animation, and franchise work run on Nara today. The reasoning and generation models behind Nara's agent and creative tools are trained and served on CreativeFlux, a multi-tenant ML platform. We are hiring a founding Software Development Manager to build and lead the CreativeFlux team within AI Studios Engineering. The team owns the training and inference fabric that backs every model AI Studios trains and serves. Model teams use CreativeFlux to launch distributed training jobs, serve production inference, and manage the lifecycle of their workloads through a single control plane. The work spans the training plane, the inference plane, and the multi-tenant primitives that hold them together. The team owns architecture decisions for these layers and partners with the model teams who consume them. As more model teams onboard, the team will define how the platform evolves to meet new workload patterns. The reliability of the platform determines how fast every model team in AI Studios can ship. Key job responsibilities -Hire and develop the ML platform engineering team. Own the hiring bar, level mix, and performance and growth practice for the team; -Drive the technical roadmap for the team's charter; -Partner with Product, Creative, Science and other Nara teams on prioritization and delivery of the features. -Set the engineering bar through design reviews, code review practice, and team mechanisms. Coach engineers and influence technical decisions across AI Studios Engineering A day in the life Every day cuts across hiring and developing the team, design reviews, roadmap partnership with stakeholders, team stand-ups, and at times rolling up your sleeves to code. About the team CreativeFlux is the multi-tenant ML platform that powers training and inference for diffusion models.
