- Accountabilities In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable test frameworks and automation solutions that support complex product validation and production environments. You will collaborate with engineers across domains to translate requirements into testable solutions while ensuring long-term maintainability and performance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance testing efficiency and engineering productivity. Design and implement test automation frameworks, tools, and reusable libraries using .NET, C#, and TestStand Develop software components for automated testing, instrument control, and validation workflows Analyze requirements and ensure they are clear, testable, and aligned with engineering expectations Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation ensuring requirements traceability Integrate test frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and version-controlled development workflows Review code and test implementations to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices Collaborate with hardware, systems, and software engineers to support factory and production testing needs Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategies, automation standards, and toolsets Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong experience in software test engineering and automation within complex technical environments. You have hands-on expertise in building scalable test frameworks and working with both software and hardware-integrated systems. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across engineering disciplines.
