This is a fully remote position based within Greece, making it one of the most sought-after Spanish-speaking jobs available in the European market today. As a Spanish-Speaking Customer Expert for the Imperial Brands position in Greece, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking consumers and trade partners, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking consumers and business partners on behalf of Imperial Brands, one of the foremost companies in the global FMCG industry.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction reflects the premium standards of the Imperial Brands portfolio.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information relating to Imperial Brands' FMCG product range, guiding customers through queries, orders, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and escalations in accordance with company protocols, ensuring swift resolution and a consistently positive consumer experience.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems, contributing to quality reporting and data integrity within the FMCG operational framework.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to relay market feedback, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives specific to the FMCG sector.
- Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and brand guidelines relevant to the FMCG industry, ensuring that all customer communications are handled with full professionalism and discretion.
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Spanish.
- Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, consumer relations, or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable, particularly within an FMCG or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard digital communication tools in a remote work environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team operating across Greece.
