Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to cybersecurity products, services, and account management.
  • Assist customers in understanding and navigating cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection tools, firewall configurations, antivirus software, and data protection services.
  • Accurately log, track, and manage customer incidents and support tickets using internal CRM and cybersecurity ticketing platforms, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex cybersecurity issues to the appropriate technical teams in a clear, professional, and structured manner.
  • Educate Spanish-speaking customers on best practices in digital security, helping them understand potential vulnerabilities and how to protect their data and systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support, sales, and product specialists to deliver a seamless and informed customer experience within the cybersecurity environment.
  • Monitor and report recurring customer concerns or emerging cybersecurity trends to help improve product documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, data confidentiality, and compliance in line with industry regulations and company protocols.

  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in Spanish at all times.
  • Valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory requirement).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is highly desirable; experience within the cybersecurity or technology industry is a significant advantage.
  • A solid understanding of or genuine interest in cybersecurity concepts, digital threats, data privacy, and security best practices.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate cybersecurity platforms, CRM tools, and support software.
