This is a high-impact sales role focused on growing revenue across the Upper Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You’ll engage senior finance executives and help organizations modernize accounts receivable and payment operations. As a strategic seller, you’ll own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through negotiation and close. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship building, business-case development, and disciplined pipeline management. You’ll have significant ownership of your territory while using data, technology, and creative prospecting to consistently achieve quota. • Accountabilities Own the full sales cycle for AR automation, payment, cash application, and collaboration solutions, from qualification and discovery through negotiation and close. Develop and execute account and territory strategies, identifying target organizations, building pipeline, and converting qualified opportunities into new business. Partner closely with SDRs on outbound campaigns and prospecting initiatives while maintaining a healthy and accurately forecasted opportunity pipeline in Salesforce. Build relationships with senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs, CAOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Treasurers, and understand their operational priorities and business challenges. Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs, qualify opportunities, and demonstrate how technology can improve cash flow, reduce DSO, lower manual effort, and streamline operating costs. Develop tailored business cases and ROI narratives with internal champions to demonstrate the value of modernizing accounts receivable processes. Coordinate complex deals across Sales Engineering, Sales Support, Payments specialists, partners, and leadership to ensure effective demos, pricing, product recommendations, and commercial execution. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the buyer journey, managing relationships across multiple stakeholders and guiding buying committees toward a decision. Maintain strong product, industry, and competitive knowledge and proactively develop expertise beyond formal onboarding and training. Take ownership of sales outcomes, identify gaps in performance or forecasting, and implement targeted actions—including high-volume prospecting when necessary—to close those gaps. Represent the organization at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events when appropriate, strengthening relationships and expanding commercial opportunities. Continuously evaluate sales processes and experiment with new approaches that improve revenue performance and customer, employee, and partner experiences. Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into finance, accounting, FinTech, ERP, or related technology environments. Proven experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals, ideally with average contract values of $100K or more. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering measurable revenue results. Strong ability to independently generate business, develop pipeline, and manage opportunities through to final close. Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills, with the curiosity and confidence to uncover complex customer challenges through thoughtful questioning. Experience creating customized business cases, communicating ROI, and building compelling cases for operational transformation. Ability to work effectively with senior executives and navigate complex buying committees involving multiple stakeholders. Strong account strategy, territory planning, forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management capabilities. Comfortable using Salesforce and other sales technologies to manage opportunities, prospecting activities, and sales performance. Highly accountable, action-oriented, and results-driven, with a willingness to take initiative and proactively address performance gaps. Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and executive presence skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with SDRs, Sales Engineers, partners, leadership, and other cross-functional teams. A competitive mindset combined with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to becoming a trusted advisor. Benefits $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary. 50% base / 50% commission compensation structure. $180,000–$220,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE). Fully remote work environment within the United States. Opportunity to sell enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to senior finance and business leaders. Significant ownership of territory strategy, pipeline development, and sales outcomes. Collaborative support from SDRs, Sales Engineers, partners, sales leadership, and other specialists. Opportunities to develop expertise across SaaS, FinTech, accounts receivable automation, payments, and financial operations. Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and diversity.
