- We are seeking a Sr. Business Enablement Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of tools, processes, and strategies that empower the Ring business team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and technology, ensuring teams have the right capabilities to operate efficiently and make smarter decisions. Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technology-driven improvements. - Lead the development and rollout of scalable solutions, including reporting dashboards, workflow automations, and productivity tools. - Translate complex business needs into clear technical or process requirements, working closely with cross-functional partners. - Drive adoption and continuous improvement of new tools and solutions to maximize business impact. - Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for business enablement initiatives across the organization. - Monitor and measure effectiveness of enablement solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Preferred Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in business operations, enablement, or technology/product solutions roles. - Proven track record of implementing tools or processes that improved efficiency and scale. - Strong data analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business strategy. - Familiarity with automation platforms, data visualization/BI/BA/AI tools, or emerging business technologies. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at multiple levels. - Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and an ownership mindset. Basic Qualifications
- - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
