This role is focused on shaping and executing high-impact social media and influencer strategies that connect brand objectives with culturally relevant, engaging digital content. You will be responsible for transforming business goals into creative storytelling across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency of tone, quality, and performance. Working at the intersection of content strategy, real-time trends, and creator partnerships, you will help brands stay relevant in fast-moving digital environments. The position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, from editorial calendars and campaign development to influencer coordination and content validation. You will collaborate closely with creative, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong campaign impact. This is a highly dynamic role for someone passionate about digital culture, storytelling, and influencer ecosystems.
- Accountabilities: Develop and implement social media content calendars and overarching content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Create, structure, and write briefs, copies, and scripts that guide creative teams with clarity and inspiration. Translate strategic objectives into actionable content directions for design, copy, and production teams. Monitor social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and X to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time content opportunities. Review and ensure quality control of all content, including grammar, tone of voice, and brand alignment. Map, select, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand positioning. Oversee the full influencer journey, from briefing and approval to posting and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality campaign delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, structured creative briefs. Experience managing influencers, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking. Strong understanding of digital culture, internet trends, and pop culture dynamics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
