Job Description

OneIMS Group is looking for a Strategic Solutions Consultant with expertise in full cycle sales, AEO (Account Engagement Optimization), SEO, and marketing operations. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored strategic solutions that drive business growth and maximize marketing performance. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, providing consultative guidance and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development and closing deals.
  • Consult with clients to develop customized AEO (answer engine optimization) strategies that improve account engagement and drive revenue.
  • Analyze and optimize SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations teams to streamline and enhance campaign execution and automation.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, articulating the value of proposed solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and strategic consulting.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively advise clients on best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally internally to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle sales, marketing operations, AEO and SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of AEO principles and proven experience implementing account engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot), and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in client-facing consulting roles is highly preferred.
