The position plays a critical role in strengthening how suppliers are assessed, monitored, and developed, while also advancing inclusive sourcing practices aligned with ESG and corporate responsibility goals. You will collaborate closely with procurement leaders, category managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed risk awareness and diversity objectives into sourcing strategies. This is a highly influential role focused on building scalable frameworks, improving maturity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across procurement operations. It combines strategy, governance, and hands-on execution in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Accountabilities In this role, you will define and drive enterprise-wide frameworks for supplier risk management and supplier diversity, ensuring alignment with procurement strategy and organizational standards: Own and continuously improve the supplier risk management framework, including segmentation, assessment cadence, and escalation protocols. Define standards for supplier due diligence, monitoring, and remediation to ensure consistent risk governance across the organization. Lead the Supplier Diversity Center of Excellence, establishing strategy, governance models, and performance measurement approaches. Embed supplier diversity and ESG objectives into category strategies, sourcing processes, and supplier lifecycle activities. Develop playbooks, tools, and guidance to support sourcing teams in applying risk and diversity standards consistently. Oversee supplier-related data integrity, reporting structures, and KPI development to support leadership visibility and decision-making. Drive adoption of tools, processes, and frameworks while supporting organizational change management and capability building. Requirements This position requires strong procurement expertise, experience building enterprise frameworks, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, risk, ESG, or procurement transformation roles. Experience designing or scaling governance frameworks, ideally within a center of excellence or enterprise environment. Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management, sourcing processes, and third-party risk concepts. Experience working with procurement systems, supplier platforms, or ESG/CSR reporting tools. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills in complex environments. Benefits Annual salary range of $120,000–$145,000, with bonus eligibility.
