We're looking for a Recruitment Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable recruitment processes. This role is responsible for leading the recruitment team, ensuring consistent hiring quality, and continuously improving the systems and processes that support our clients' hiring needs. You'll work closely with leadership to drive recruitment excellence while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Partner with Managing Partners to develop recruitment strategies that align with client hiring needs and business objectives
- Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to improve hiring quality, operational efficiency, and team performance
- Develop and maintain recruitment documentation, interview guides, SOPs, templates, and quality standards
- Support the business with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the role and overall business objectives
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients across multiple industries and professional-level roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable, along with Google Workspace and recruitment reporting tools
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Passion for building scalable recruitment systems, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
