Job Description
AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
- Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
- Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs etc.
- Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
- Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions
- Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
- Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
- Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone
- Competitive and goal-oriented with appropriate attention to detail
- Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
- Works well both independently & as a team
