The role combines hands-on recruiting coordination with proactive sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search. You’ll support hiring across go-to-market and other business functions in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly contribute to attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent as the organization continues to scale. Support job creation, onboarding coordination, background checks, reference checks, and other recruiting activities as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information within the ATS and help standardize and document recruiting processes. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other creative channels, with a particular focus on engaging passive talent. Build consistent talent pipelines and develop innovative, scalable sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill positions. Build productive relationships with hiring managers, interview panels, candidates, and cross-functional partners while communicating clearly and proactively. Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase efficiency without compromising personalization or candidate quality. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while protecting data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and overall process quality. Requirements 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically combining recruiting coordination and sourcing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience supporting go-to-market hiring, such as Sales, Account Executive, Implementation, Customer Success, or Product roles. Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, interview scheduling, and sourcing technologies, including LinkedIn or comparable recruiting platforms. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment when managing recruiting processes and stakeholder relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt communication to different audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing complex scheduling, candidate information, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with evolving responsibilities and shifting hiring needs. A creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to work, combined with a genuine interest in continuous improvement. Ability to handle sensitive candidate and business information with discretion and confidentiality. Experience driving process enhancements, supporting change management, and developing scalable recruiting resources is highly valued. Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or SaaS is preferred. Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and reference-check coordination is a plus. Candidates must be based in the United States. Benefits Fully remote position within the United States. Competitive salary and total rewards package. Unlimited paid time off designed to support flexibility and work-life balance. Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents. Equity opportunities through stock options. 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match. Employer contributions toward student loan repayment. Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a rapidly growing organization and its talent strategy.
