About the Role

We're looking for a highly technical generalist who thrives at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations. You'll solve complex cross-functional problems by building tools, improving systems, leveraging AI, and automating manual work. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and creating scalable solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship technical solutions across backend, frontend, data, and internal tooling.
  • Develop and operate AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve team productivity.
  • Own marketing and growth infrastructure, including analytics, event tracking, attribution, and data quality.
  • Write SQL, troubleshoot production issues, and turn repetitive tasks into scalable self-service tools.
  • Partner across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive projects from idea to execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a highly cross-functional technical role such as Technical Operations, Growth Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
  • Ability to read and contribute to backend code (Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing technology, analytics, and event instrumentation.
  • Hands-on experience building or operating AI workflows, agents, or internal automation tools.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with marketplaces, fintech, crypto, or other high-trust platforms.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Slack automations, Webflow, or modern AI tooling.
  • Experience building internal tools that significantly improve team efficiency.
